Capital City Allotment Association
We are a non profit organization who support community gardening at 641 Kent Road in Saanich BC Canada.
The Capital City Allotment Gardens have been around since the early 1970s. The gardens, previously BC crown land, were transferred to the city of Saanich BC in 2005. (see Transfer puts Allotment Gardens on Safer Ground)
Our gardens, are located between Pat Bay Highway and Carey Road. (Lat 48.46318 Lon -123.38155).
We currently have 140 garden plots. The garden plots average 90 sq. metres (1,000 sq. feet) each in size, with several half-sized shared garden plots.
